V2J SOLUTIONS was founded by an   Ex Army / Hony Officer Bhaskar Shetty, was corps of signals in Indian army. He has also served as a personal guard for a Union Minister, Government of India. We are glad to introduce ourselves as V2J SOLUTIONS an organization started in the year 2012, with the motive of specialization in providing security services. Our managers have a minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in security field. Our Success lies in our determination to source right kind of people to the job concerned, train them professionally with continuous supervision, getting feedback from the site as well as from the customers and willing to improve upon the quality of service.  We aim to be your preferred security provider through choice.
 
 

Our track record of past Three years has established V2J SOLUTIONS as a leading provider of well trained security and fire fighting personnel. Based on our service efficiency and professionalism, our clients tend to continue with our services on a long term basis. Now we have manpower of 350 personnel in various sites.

1. We have Manager Training field officers based at major locations responsible for complete operational activities of the concerned areas.
3. Availability of 24 hours manned Security Control Room to respond to client management as well as the guards deployed.
4. Constant supervision of the guards at no extra cost due to the visits by Field Officers.
5. On the job training at the post regularly to include knowledge of the guard about his duty post, reactions in the event of any contingency and capability of the guarding team.
6. Creating and maintaining a “Security Presence” and high visibility by various means in order to detect crime and to give visitors and staff a comfortable and secure feeling in the client’s premises.
7. Our entire operational staff is equipped with mobile phones on requirement basis for prompt communication. 

  
  RECRUITMENT  
 

Adapting to the special needs of our client’s and individualizing our services is our company policy. Hence guards are recruited for each post keeping in mind the personality and profile desired by the client. Our essential recruitment Qr.’s is as follows:

    • Must be physically fit and mentally robust.
    • Minimum height should be 5’6”.
    • Should be minimum matriculate but intermediates are preferred and in the span of 21-40 years.
    • Should be able to read and write Hindi and English.

SUPERVISION

To ensure high degree of alertness, a system of surprise checks has been instituted. Our Field Officers check all posts of their zones 6 to 7 times a week.

ROTATION OF GUARDS

To preclude the possibility of complacency and avoid over familiarization, the guards are rotated on regular basis. However, in case of specific request from the client, a guard may be permitted to continue over the stipulated time.

TRAINING FACILITY

We provide training facility to the newly recruited guards. Our main subject of training includes basic training on security, guest handling, reception and telephone related duties, industrial security, fire fighting and prevention handling of contingencies and crisis management etc. Refresher training of one to two days is also organized for the experienced security personnel.
